Do not buy! This piece makes noise even after an election had worked on it twice, plus the white light doesn't work. I hate this and I'm stuck with no money back!

Well packaged. Pretty easy to set up. Like other reviews noted there are 2 larger power cords for the 2 pumps and one small one for the lights. Will just use covers to hide. Waterfall pretty much covers the hum of the motors. No bonsai tree included like in the pictures. Would also suggest getting a 3rd bracket to either attach to another stud or wall, just to be safe. Pretty expensive and heavy to trust with just 2 brackets. I also don't like the expanding bolts included and used bolts specifically for large items attached to studs. Overall great product and very relaxing to listen to.

This product has been a constant problem from day one. Customer support is handled by Joe in New Jersey—he is a gem of a person: polite and genuinely trying to help, but the issues appear to be beyond his control. Within the first 5 months, one of the pumps failed. Within 7 months, the power adapter failed and the LED light remote also failed. By 8 months, the unit developed a major leak. When I reached out to Joe again, I was told a rear panel was missing; however, that panel was never included with the product when delivered. I followed the troubleshooting instructions provided to reduce splashing and leakage (see photos), including applying multiple types of heavy-duty tape (3M/Gorilla) along the back of the tank. Even after these attempts, water continues to splash and leak from the rear of the tank. There was an extra remote in the package, which resolved the lighting issue. I paid $20 to buy a new pump from Joe, and that issue is now resolved. I also purchased a new power adapter that controls the light. The current problem I am trying to fix is a water leak from the bottom of the tank when it is hung on the wall. At this point, the product has caused far more frustration than value. Be prepared for ongoing troubleshooting and repeated replacements/repairs.

This is our second time purchasing this product and again it delivered on everything. Great customer service and awesome product. This water feature is even more stunning in person and is ALWAYS a conversation piece.

Item is beautiful, but loud. The water gets uneven a lot and you have to constantly even it out. You can adjust the pressure of the pump but that highers the chances of having uneven flow. If you purchase this item don't do what I did and put it next to your couch because all you'll hear is the fountain and not the TV.
