I bought a similar product, but then realized I would need to cut the ethernet line and connect all of the wires individually to teeny tiny spots. I took it back and bought this one on Amazon. The ethernet cable I bought from the same store already had fixed ends on it and all I had to do was plug it into this wall plate. This has enabled me to put the wire into the wall and remove the trip hazard of routing it through the floor.

Great design. Great innovation, so easy to use. These little devices made the final installation look professional and they were so easy. Just put a standard ethernet connector on the end of your run and plug it into the device and mount it in the wall. A simple patch cable goes from the wall plate to your device. Easy installation with a sheetrock knife and screwdriver.

I needed a four port ethernet jack to connect my hik vision DVR to my hikvision ip cameras. This work perfectly and made a clean installation easy.

I put one of these on the wall inside our kitchen and ran short network cables through the wall to a second one in an exterior box. Worked very well and looks nice too.

Everything is good except the included screws I received require non standard screwdriver head for a faceplate. I have 40+ screwdriver heads & the closet one I could find barely works. I stripped one head.

Exactly what I needed because I added another cat6 cable run to our master bedroom. I installed RJ45 cable terminals and plunged them into the back. Ran the cables from the front to my router. Worked great!
