fit for purpose, still a little expensive

Have used these for years in walking boots , work shoes and ultra running trainers. Very flat feet and they work really well. No blisters , foot , ankle or knee pain

I had been using interpod soft, but they are quite thick and we’re pushing my feet out of my running shoes and giving me blisters.These were spot on! ran a 10k with no issues, or tired and uncomfortable feet.I think it needs a little more lift to help stop over pronation, but then that will prob lift my feet out of the shoe

These are expensive but work better to cushion jarring than anything else I’ve tried. If these were a little cheaper they would be 4*.

Pricey for an insole but it does work. Been in pain for a few months but these, once worn in are prefect. Would buy again

Although these insoles appear well made, you get little for what you pay. These were purchased to go into a pair of boots in the hope that they will relieve Plantar Fasciitis. I have found that the cushioning is very lacking and the insoles feel hard under foot. After wearing them all day, my heels are painful the morning after. Despite trimming to size, the heels have also wrinkled up, which will ultimately cause hotspots on long walks. I can see that a lot of effort has gone into the design, but more attention should have been paid to the cushioning and the heel box height to prevent the wrinkles. There are better insoles available for less.
