I hope we never see it working because it works when there is a problem

This particular length (the number listed is when fully stretched) is far too short for regular outboard use and the build quality is poor (not terrible). I will relegate this as a spare to throw in the required safety kit and find a better one.

Works well for a mercury kill switch. My only complaint is the chord could be a little longer by 6 inches. It's stretched out a lot when I have it attached to me while sitting on the bench in my skiff when I'm running. Aside from that it works and is a great price.

very disappointed in the quality of this, i could duplicate with $3 worth of materials from hardware store and an old shoelace
