Karaoke Dj here, always looking for something new to add to my show, finding something cool and inexpensive as lights go, always a plus! When I first took this out and charged it, I was very happy about it being battery powered and usb rechargeable , especially for the low price . I turned it on in my living room and thought the colors and patterns were great also. I’m thinking sweet, this little compact piece of equipment seems to throw some great light and patterns along with being wireless, might be great to use in smaller venues with a few other small lights I have and I won’t have to take a big light bar in. First time out this past weekend, not impressed at all. Unless totally dark, the light was lost in even just a low light, and on full charge, it did not even make it 3 hours when it is listed to go 5. This light would be ok for a home party but that’s about it. I would say you get what you pay for, but I have lucked out on other inexpensive lights that did give more bang for your buck, this one just isn’t it for me. I’ll be sending it back.

When it works it’s good but it often gets stuck and the lights/image stops changing. It also isn’t that old and has stopped working all together.

The unit itself is small enough that one can hold it easily within your hand, but produces vibrant lighting effects. Multiple patterns are possibly either moving or static and can be projected to fill a small to moderate sized room. A mounting bracket is included so that the unit could be placed on a wall for regular use. The remote is useful as long as you are within a few feet of the light itself and allows you to cycle through a variety of effects. As with any device like this to 'see' the beams of light through air you will need to provide some form of aerosolized particles such as a light fog or mist (not provided). Although instructions are provided on a single sheet, the font is tiny, and can be difficult with a magnifier.

We used this light for our Haunted trail and loved it so much that we ended up buying another one.This little light lit up a HUGE area.Great quality.The battery life lasted all night without having to recharge it.

I read the reviews, I trusted what people said…honest, it’s exactly how they warmed and described. You get the box and think -seriously, no way! It fits in your hand…it came charged because I flipped the switch and in a room full of daylight expecting a big flop!!! Instead, I was like HOLY COW, LOOK AT THIS LITTLE BEAST OF A LIGHT!! It’s portable, you can hang it from the ceiling and have the lights on the floor (looks like what DJ’s have at weddings) or you can literally set it anywhere, lights on the ceiling and wall at the same time…I raised 4 daughters, and all I could think about was wishing I’d of had this little baby back then for slumber parties, youth group…I plan to use it at Bible school, and a haunted hayride! I may order a few more since they can be charged and not plugged in…talk about creative freedom!! I just can’t recommend this little light enough, it’s size does not matter!!
