I love my villeroy and Boch dinner service which I've been collecting for a few years. I absolutely love this and serve mashed potatoes / vegetables in my mine. Looks great and the lid keeps the heat in whilst I'm putting all the dishes on the table. I bought a few of these and have no regrets at all. Yes, they're pricey but worth the money if you like the set. It should last for years and can see my kid using it in years to come when I've moved on. A lovely Christmas dinner service.
