First was a dud, second working great!
UPDATE JULY 26, 2022The replacement keyboard has finally arrived, and I’m much more impressed. Still creaky, but with less flex. Most importantly, all the keys work! The lighting also works, and looks more saturated than the original I’d been shipped. First one was definitely a dud. Support was also great.Recommended for your first foray into customizable mechanical keyboards, or if you need an affordable mechanical board for work or the like.———I should have assumed the worst based on the condition of the box - it looked like someone had left it in the rain and then possibly ran it over with their car. The documentation booklet had also wrinkled up from water. The keys were cute and the light was relatively good (though the colors in the keys area are very washed out compared to the keyboard I currently have from the same manufacturer). The sound was good, too.Unfortunately, two key sockets were DOA - Q and W. I replaced them with known-working switches from other keys on the board and known-working, brand new switches from another manufacturer, but nothing worked. Pins were straight and everything.Reached out to the manufacturer and they're offering a replacement; working on getting the original ready to ship out now. But now I've noticed another key socket has failed - P.Not impressed with it so far, but I still hold to that this was probably a poorly-treated return (though that brings up another concern as to why I was shipped a return when I ordered new). It's not a very robust keyboard - creaky plastic and a *lot* of flex - but pretty okay for sub-$100 USD. Still disappointing, though, considering how well-built my other keyboard from this maker is.I'm hoping the replacement I get is better. Will update my review either way. Currently (July 9, 2022) a three star review because customer service was quick to respond to my initial messages through Amazon, and nice enough to send me a prepaid shipping label to get it back to them directly instead of shipping it back to Amazon.

6 months of use
So, after 6 months of use I have to say that it is a pretty decent keyboard. I would recommend re-lubing the stabs. I purchased the pre-lubed yellow switches variant. The keyboard is great for a beginner to mod. This is the first keyboard I have modded. I put foam on the base of the case and did a tape mod, it was easy to open, no need for tools. The problems I had with this keyboard was that the fn key stopped work after a month or two, which forced me to download their software. My computer kept warning me that this could have a possible virus.. sketch, but ok downloaded and the fn key worked again. Second, I noticed that my spacebar was not leveled the right side was slightly higher, not a huge difference, but kind of a bummer. The sound profile before my mod the sound profile was a loud thocky, hollow sound. A lot of videos posted are pretty accurate of how the keyboard sounds in person. Oh and I’d say 65% of the switches were hard to swap out.
