Informative book
This was purchased as a gift. The recipient said it was excellent with a lot of information about bees and different types of bee.

This book does not identify bees
I bought this book so that I could use it to identify different species of bee. It doesn’t tell you it’s only to record when and where you see a bee. I am disappointed because it’s not a help at actually identifying them.

Publisher doesn’t know the definition of the word Guide!
This. Is. Not. A. Guide. Book. This is a book with the same two pages repeated, with the Bee’s thorax wrong labelled.

Not an identification guide. Don't buy it.
This is a notepad designed to look like a bee identification guide. It is NOT a bee identification guide, it's just a series of pages with spaces for you to write notes, dates and draw sketches. Don't bother with this book; Amazon has plenty of actual bee identification books and this is NOT one of them.

Read entire description carefully. The book is only intended to record observations. It will help in identifying sex and the difference between a bee, wasp and fly. I thought I was purchasing a book to help identify different types of bees. I should have read the description. For its cost, it’s not worth driving to return it. I’ll give it to my grand daughter to use as a coloring book.

This is a journal, do not buy to learn. All the pages are the same kinda journal. Maybe if you collect bees and flies and wasps like they are stamps
