Will this case fit an ipad mini in an otterbox?

If its the one for the mini, don't think otter box will fit.

Is this product made in the USA?

I am not sure where it is made, it does not have a tag on it saying where it is made. I quit using mine a year or so ago. The plastic face is very thick and does not have a good feel to it. I just got tired of it.

Probably, but check the dimensions. This case didn't end up being that functional for what I needed. Not protective enough and touch screen not very responsive through the clear cover.
