So I bought this because my dermatologist told me that cetaphil was a safe brand to use on my overly sensitive skin. I had some red bumps (acne forming) and felt self conscious about it. So I tried it. It really really worked. I applied it three times a day to my face and made sure to get a good night sleep - because when your asleep your body heals - and in the morning it was significantly reduced or completely gone all together. I keep in stock now because it not only works on acne but any red marks I get from scrunching my face etc. It's a bit pricey but I think it's worth it. So if you can afford it, I would recommend it.

I bought this in conjunction with their day version that has the SPF 20 in it, and I truly love them both. If I had to pick out of the two products, I'd go with this one simply for the fact that this one can be used day or night while the one with SPF in it isn't meant to be used at night - this product here is multi-use for that reason. The main reason I bought this, however, wasn't to moisturize with but to help with the redness in my skin. My cheeks are always red, and it doesn't matter what I do skin-care wise; they're just always red due to discoloration. It can make it difficult to wear lightweight foundations because the redness always shows through, and more often than not, I really don't want to go in with a color corrector and then foundation. So, when I stumbled across this product, I couldn't wait to try it, and it works really, really well. As soon as I apply it, I can tell that the irritation in my skin settles and the redness diminishes. This, however, is not a good enough moisturizer if you have dry skin like I do. I have to pair this with another heavier moisturizer, otherwise my skin will be incredibly dry. That's not the fault of the product but of my skin type. Pairing this product doesn't interfere with relieving the redness, which makes it a product that you can definitely put into your skincare routine without worrying about it being too much. I knew going into this product that I'd be using it for redness relief and not as an actual moisturizer, so I'd keep that in mind if you do have dry skin. This is absolutely a product I play on repurchasing when I run out. One pump is enough to cover my entire face. It doesn't burn or irritate, and I really enjoy how easy it is to use and pair with other skincare products. I would absolutely recommend this if you deal with redness.

Lotion is great. It is lightweight and moisturizes my skin well. As others have noted, the pump mechanism does not work well at all. Even when it’s very full, if you don’t leave it upright, nothing comes out. I always have to cut the tube and then have another 3 weeks worth moisturizing two or three times a day. So a lot of waste if you just discard when it stops coming out.

I love this night cream! Even though it's formulated for redness, it’s also an amazing moisturizer for dry skin. It has a rich, creamy texture but it absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a sticky residue on my pillow. I’ve noticed that my skin barrier feels much stronger after using this for a few weeks. It’s gentle, effective, and a great addition to a nighttime routine if you want to wake up with soft, calm skin.
