Will this ink work for a canon pixma pro 100 or a kodak dock printer?

Only if you have refillable cartridges. But to avoid cross-contamination of your ink you will need brand new aftermarket refillable cartridges. But by Canon's design recycled cartridges will eventually kill the printer. It's best to utilize an eco tank printer.

No, you need UV light to be able to see the ink

If you use sublimation method it will work yes . It is recommended for inside surfaces .

It doesn't (or shouldn't) absorb the UV light, that is what makes it "invisible." It only shows up under UV light, depending on the amount used and the way it is applied.
