ORACAL 651 Permanent Vinyl Matte Black 12" x 6ft

I love the matte black oracal 651 permanent vinyl. I almost exclusively use it when making decals for vehicles. It holds up very well in both the heat of summer and the cold of winter in the North Eastern United States. I haven't had one of my decals come off unless I wanted it to so the adhesion is very strong, as long as you clean the surface before placing the decal. I've noticed that the adhesion is pretty strong, which can make it kind of hard to apply it to the vehicle or window but there are ways around this issue, whether that's applying it wet or just not pushing down until you are 100% sure its where you want it. I find that my Cameo 3 cuts it very well and it weeds pretty nice as well. I've never had a problem when using Oracal 651. I would recommend this to anyone that is serious about their decals or signs.

Oracal is my favorite vinyl brand! I will continue buying this over and over! I have so many different colors and use it for all of my projects. The vinyl is great quality and a great price. It is easy to work with and cut on my cricut. I am able to weed out the excess vinyl easily and smoothly. The colors look as expected and look great on all or my projects. Sticks well to so many different surfaces.

Best vinyl out there

I used this ORACAL 651 vinyl for some beer buckets and it came out great. Matte black looks super sleek and it adhered really well. Definitely recommend for DIY projects.

Came in good condition. Easy to cut on Cricut, weed and layer with other vinyl. Would purchase again!

I would POSSIBLY purchase again. Trying to write a detailed review to correlate with my star ratings. Let me start off by saying I typically use Oracle brand vinyl. Negatives: This Oracle vinyl, unfortunately, came tightly rolled up making it difficult to cut a section and place it on the cutting mat because it kept recurling. I took off a star for ease of usage because of this. Even after weeding my project, it still curled making it difficult to also apply transfer tape (see last picture). Pictures 1-3 show that there was a barcode sticker placed directly on the vinyl of ONLY the black vinyl. Not sure why as the white didn't have it. Attempting to take off the sticker, it peeled and shred in layers leaving behind a sticky residue. I just cut that section off--wasted material but I'm glad it was a small portion. This along with the tightly rolled and curling caused me to drop a star overall. Positives: Both the matte white and matte black were exactly what I needed and was expecting. I was not expecting the transfer tape that came included with my white roll (see picture 4). I guess it was a sample? It was not enough to cover one roll let alone two rolls. I'm not sure if it only comes with the white because the black roll didn't have it. I have never heard of this particular transfer tape, VVivid XPO Intermediate Cal (see picture 5). But.....I LOVE it!!! It picked up the vinyl without an issue and to be honest I have been having an issue with the Oracle transfer tape for some reason. It lifted off of the decal I created for a car window with ease leaving behind no residue or issues. I used the same piece for three different layers and it worked fantastic!! Would totally purchase this brand of clear transfer tape-you can see in one of the pictures that it has blue large grids as well which I like. Overall, I have added the VVivid transfer tape to my cart. I'm not too sure how I feel about ordering this particular Oracle vinyl again from this seller, simply because of the hassle of the curling and the barcode sticker. Might give it another shot-thinking on it.

Oracal is the best to use. Heavy duty and sticky
