Very fine grind, therefore no need to soak it overnight and cooks quickly. Really good texture and flavor. One bag lasts a long time. Good product.

This is raw wheat... it's not bulgur
I searched for bulgur wheat and this product came up. I ordered it and made taboulee. Come to find out it's "uncooked" whereas bulgur wheat is par cooked. Very disappointed I didn't notice this. Be ware as this should say "raw" on the packaging.

Cooks in 12-14minutes, you can Google cooking instructions. Great texture, great taste, nice light feeling in my stomach after consuming. I eat it plain w/salt and oil, but goes better w/meats and vegetables. Good price for 4lb. bag or 1.81kg.

I find this product is crushed a bit too fine.would like if it had been coarser.

This is good cracked wheat, but it is not very coarse at all. More towards the fine side. Mixed it with a coarser grain for porridge, etc.
