Good and affordable hearing aids
I purchased these for my mother. She's been wearing them for a year and has had a good experience with them. She mostly wears them in the car when we run errands and she says it makes it a lot easier to hear me and carry on conversations in the car. They are comfortable and provide good quality audio. They recharge easily and are easy to use. We've had to replace one ear piece but it fell within the warranty period and EarCentric is living up to their word and providing a replacement under warranty. Overall, we're happy with these hearing aids and my mom recommends them.

Great Value Product Great Results
Purchased a pair for my father and he's delighted with the results. They are very easy to use, charge quickly and most importantly, he can hear much clearer and without us having to yell. Any questions he had was answered by the wonderful customer service team at Ear Centric. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thank you, JOSE R.

It works, it’s simple, and it’s comfortable!
These hearing aids have helped my 89 year old dad a lot. He still doesn’t hear real well, but it’s much improved. I gave 4 stars because one of the hearing aids arrived defective and would not take a charge, but customer service was very helpful and sent a replacement right away. Very easy to use and charge, just an on/off button and volume control on each hearing aid. He also says they are comfortable to wear with no squealing, two problems he’s had with other hearing aids. Highly recommend!

Great Low Price Rechargeable Digital Hearing Aids
These are the best hearing aids I ever had and the cheapest. They were reg $199, but there was a $50 discount coupon attached, $150. My first set cost $2,600 about 10 years ago. The regular price was $5,200., but the seller said if I bought 1, he would give me the 2nd free. Imagine the markup when they can do that. Those were analog, not like these that are digital. This was still cheaper that the other set pair I was quoted at $4,800. These hearing are rechargeable, fit great and you don't even know you're wearing them. A Great Product at 2X the cost.

So Far So Good - EarCentric EasyCharge Rechargeable Hearing Aids
I have had the EarCentric EasyCharge Rechargeable Hearing Aids for 2 weeks and they work great. I'm very impressed with the EarCentric Web Page and was able to use a $70 coupon for the purchase. In the past I had expensive BTE (Behind The Ear) devices that required a professional to make a custom molded earpiece that wasn't very comfortable and expensive to replace. This EarCentric aid's earpieces are much more comfortable and come with different sizes that are inexpensive to replace. Since I only have a hearing loss in one ear, essentially the second aid is available as a "spare".

Good investment
These are the best hearing aids I’ve ever used. I was having some issues after a couple of months but soon realized it was user error. They are working great now and do work much better than the cheaper $50 ones I’ve ordered many times. I like the fact that they encourage you to reach out to customer service with any issues.

Not bad for the price...
I've been trying to save the $1900 to buy the Phillips hearing aids from Costco. I had tried them while I was in the store and I was truly amazed on what & who I could hear (at the same time)! Life keeps getting in the way and Joe Biden certainly isn't helping me reduce my monthly expenses to make it easier to buy the hearing aids! I figured for $200 I'll try these, if they stink like the others I tried from Amazon I could just return them. I actually like these. I can "hear" the difference between using them and not using them. These are NOT as good as the set for $1900, but it's hard not to appreciate the benefits of having them for just 1 tenth of the cost. It's hard to leave an honest review with the good & the bad because these are so affordable (in comparison). These are much smaller than the Phillips brand, which is also a nice surprise. The dislikes are pretty few also: I can turn the up, but that also increases the white noise, not just isolating voices. I can't determine if there's any difference in clarity or crispness between the 2 program modes, they sound the same to me. I work in the automotive service industry, not as a technician. I am subjected to an array of sounds every day at work. I hear multiple people having various conversations and need to be able to discern when someone is speaking just to me, but with all the other people still talking. I hear the vehicles pulling into the building and the motorized garage doors, the phones ringing and so on. These hearing aids can help me (unfortunately) hear them better. There's no filtering of sounds with these hearing aids, some sounds are perfect while other sounds are choppy and it feels like I'm being bombarded with all the sounds with no depth perception. Somehow the Phillips hearing aids were better at filtering noises/sounds. When I had them on in Costco, I was able to e Listen to a conversation between a manager and 2 employees while I was standing next to open top refrigeration units that were also making noise. I was more than 4 feet away from those staff members and I could hear every word without worrying about the refrigeration units clashing. These Amazon hearing aids aren't as sophisticated, but for $200 I can lower the TV volume and lower the car stereo volume BOTH by nearly half and still hear them as well as I did without the hearing aids. So, I guess these budget friendly amplifiers are best suited for typical home life, not a busy, often chaotic work place. On a typical day, I keep the volume at the lowest setting & sometimes that's too loud and other times it's perfect.

Updated review dropped from 5 stars to 2
UPDATE #2 10.28.24 Shortly after my first update, the hearing aid stopped charging at all. I jumped through their hoops to send it back, I paid for the shipping to send back. A month or two went by, I figured I was just out a hearing aid. No updates, no nothing. Then out of the blue I get an email they are ready to send a replacement, all I need to do is send them $15 bucks for them to ship it back to me. So, I pay almost $200 for these things, one of them lasts from Feb to Aug, I am made to jump through hoops to send it back and I pay the shipping, then they want me to pay to get the thing back? Not to mention, it only cost me $5 bucks to send it to them, and they want $15? I wasn't going to pay it but, I finally did, I need "something" to get my by for the time being. I was going to rate them 1 star after this, but I'll put it at 2 since, the hearing aids do sound better then some of the other OTC I have tried, but once these aids stop working I will move on to another company. UPDATE: So I purchased this in Feb 2024, mid August 2024 I noticed one hearing aid seemed to take longer and longer to charge, till it stopped charging completely. It can sit in the charger for 2 days and barely holds a charge for 1-2 hrs. I have not dropped, damaged, etc the hearing aids, have kept them clean, and tried cleaning the ports and switching which port I used on the charger. They say they stand by their product but there is no way here on amazon that I can find to contact them. I tried going to their website, when I try sending a support ticket I get some message about rehcapta in red letters, and it doesn't appear it went through. I tried their chat option it just goes to a bot. I have a speech problem so calling them out, I guess I'm out the $200 bucks on this. I had referred my sister and her husband to this brand and they got the aids as well and they bought them around the same time I did, so far theirs is holding a charge, but both of them have had issues with the domes coming off in their ears. I have dropped my 5 star rating to 3, as I feel the battery should hold more than a few months after purchase and when you do need to get ahold of them the company isn't too easy about it, at least for me. Original Review: I have been hard of hearing most of my life, so I have been through my share of prescription hearing aids, OTC ones, and even amplifiers. After going through a few different types and brands, and hating them, I bought these based on the reviews, and I am happy to say, the reviews weren't wrong. These have been great so far. I am very happy with my purchase. For the price, can't go wrong with these. Here's what I like: 1. Sound quality - these have been the best so far that I have had that allow me to hear speech as clearly as possible, my hearing is pretty bad and no hearing aid is going to allow you to hear 100% perfect but with my other aids I would say I could follow about 40-50% of a conversation, with these I would say I can hear 80-90% of what is said (without hearing aids I have to lip read, I can't hear what someone is saying even if I am right next to them and I have to use CC on tv). I have also heard things for the first time with these that I have not heard with my other aids in the past. Also some hearing aids I've had in the past have issues with cutting in and out, so far haven't had that problem with these. Some OTC aids can have a pretty low volume making it hard to hear much, or they will have awful feedback if you turn them up any. Earcentric has plenty of volume, and any feedback experience can be fixed by choosing correct type and size of domes. 2. Surround sound - now this one caught me off guard. I have always hated the fact when wearing hearing aids its often difficult to tell where the sound is coming from. Some brands I might be able to tell if it was left or right but that was about it. With these I can naturally tell in any direction where the sound is coming from....I LOVE THAT lol. 3. Rocker switch volume - anyone who has worn hearing aids will tell you the little dials can be a pain. If you accidentally scratch near your ear you may hit it, sometimes if you don't move them just right they crackle or cut the sound out completely, and if you wear glasses sometimes they will hit the dial. I hate the dials lol. These have rocker switches....SO much easier and no worries about accidentally bumping them and even if you somehow managed to do that they are easier to readjust than the dials are. 4. Comfort - they are very comfortable, and that is a big deal for hearing aids, if they hurt your not gonna want to wear them. Battery life - no complaints, they charge as they should and hold the charge as expected. TIPS: I found that my right ear accepts a small dome better, and my left took a med one. When I tried to use a small dome in my left ear the hearing aid had alot of feedback (squealing). Moving up one size fixed that. I pretty much scanned the manual as I know the drill, worn various kinds for years. But I didn't notice them mentioning this in the manual so one thing to be mindful of is when you change out the dome either to clean them or change the size, make sure to push them on properly. The way I know on any hearing aid the dome is on is by running my finger over the hole opening after I push it on, if its very smooth and I don't feel a slight ridge or lip, I know it didn't get on all the way. As with any hearing aid, you'll have to learn to get used to how they sound. Aids are like new shoes, regardless of brand you have to give it time for things to start sounding more natural to you. At first things may sound "tinny" or "loud". I didn't have that issue much with these as I'm used to wearing hearing aids, but I did notice at first when I heard running water it sounded like crackling paper or crackling fire, but after wearing them for a bit that went away as I became more used to them. I am very happy with my purchase. Even talked my sister into ordering these.
