Traditional Medicinals Organic Belly Comfort Lemon Ginger Lozenges - Nausea Relief - 30 Count (Pack of 1) Review: Soothing but not for stomach - These are a pleasant alternative to throat lozenges but they do not contain enough ginger to be effective for settling stomach issues. There are far better ginger candies that actually comprise enough ginger to be called belly comforters. Review: Effective for GLP1 nausea - Tastes good and is effective for nausea from glp1 side effects. Also helps calm stomach pain a bit.

Good buy
These were delicious and really did help. I feel like the candy is layered somehow, sometimes you’ll get lemon and as you eat it longer you’ll get ginger, then back to lemon and so on.

They really work
I stumbled across these Belly Comfort® Lozenges from Traditional Medicinals while looking for something natural to help with mild indigestion and occasional nausea. I’ve tried ginger chews before, but most of them were either too spicy or too sticky for my liking. These caught my attention because they promised digestive relief with a blend of organic ginger and lemon—and I’m glad I gave them a shot. ✅ What I Liked: Soothing, Not Overpowering The flavor is pleasant—a mellow mix of ginger and lemon that’s smooth and easy on the palate. Unlike some ginger candies that hit you with a fiery kick, these are subtle and calming. They don’t taste like medicine, which is a big plus in my book. Digestive Relief That Actually Works I tend to get bloated or slightly nauseous after heavier meals, and these lozenges genuinely help. I’ve popped one after dinner or even on a bumpy car ride, and they’ve eased that uneasy, gassy feeling without upsetting my stomach further. Individually Wrapped & Travel-Friendly Another win: they come individually wrapped, so it’s easy to toss a few in your bag, desk, or car. No sticky mess, and they stay fresh.

My go to nausea relief
I have bought four different kinds of ginger candy/chews and this is my go to. I am in my second trimester and these lemon ginger lozenges have been so helpful with my nausea and vomiting. It has a sweet lemony flavor rather than gingery. Ive been taking a few a day to keep the nausea at bay.
