I’ve been using these heat patches for many years, as I have had problems on and off with lower back pain. They are excellent! They stay stuck to the skin all day, I have never had any problems with them falling off like some reviewers say. Just make sure the skin is clean and dry before you stick the patch on, and don’t try to remove it and restick it. The heat is gentle but surprisingly effective. You might think it’s not doing anything, but when you take it off in the evening you can feel how warm the skin is underneath. I have found them extremely helpful in reducing any bouts of back pain.

I find these work brilliantly and work for hours!! Other cheaper ones do not work as well or stay warm for as long. Recommend any of the cura-heat items.
