Excellent product – versatile, comfortable, and great sound quality These headphones have really impressed me. I first used them for work and now mainly with my PS5, and the performance is fantastic in both settings. Have bought these previously but needed to replace, liked them so much I bought again. Good, robust headphones. The noise cancelling mic is really good and doesn’t pick up other office sounds. Comfortable and easy to use. Great sound, connects easily with Bluetooth. Good volume range. Great allround headphones and great value for money.

I bought this headset to attend online training at work and i am quite impressed at the sound quality for the price. I had to fiddle a bit to get the sound low enough - putting the volume right down on the headset, computer and whatever app I am using so I didn't get deafened. The sound quality from the microphone seems ok going by the test that pops up on Zoom, also it is preferable to my phone mic when I am speaking to my dad, who is hard of hearing. It is handy that there is the option to connect via USB, USB-C or 3.5mm jack. The headset is size adjustable - I'm wondering if those that say it is too small have not discovered this - and I have found it to be quite comfortable to wear for a couple of hours at a time.

The headset has great sound quality and you can adjust the position of it and the microphone which is good. Works perfectly for work. One very slight criticism is it doesn't sit on the head that well and keeps slipping. Not the most comfortable headset but perfectly adequate and I would recommend.

Headset arrived and worked well to start with: Positive: At less then £20 appears to be very good value for money. To start with worked well, and have had many hours of use of it (Am a heavy user). I use it predominately for work and can hear people clearly on Zoom/ Teams and do not get many complaints/ requests to repeat. Negative: Build quality poor and flimsy. The speaker muffler slipped out within a weeks and had stopped staying in after a few weeks. The left hand side padding on the head arch has slipped away from the casing, and looks as if it will last a few more weeks before it falls apart. Finally my wife tripped on the cable and the jack bent. I have tried bending it back into shape but it will catch it for seconds and then revert to no sound from the right hand headset. Now I struggle to hear on the right hand side of the headset. Don't know whether that is poor build quality or just unlucky. Oh, I bought this in the middle to end of May so I am guessing this has lasted around 6 - 7 weeks before falling apart.

I would have liked the controller on the wire to be closer to the headphones, rather than to the laptop connection. But other than, they feel and sound more than good for my use, which is just office calls.

Very easy to use. Comfortable to wear. I work in a taxi office which can be quite noisy sometimes and have no problems hearing my phone customers

Ho comprato queste cuffie per l'università e mi sto trovando molto bene, il suono dal microfono è nitido e non distorce nessuna frequenza e anche gli altoparlanti fanno il loro lavoro. Dopo un po' si potrebbe provare un leggero fastidio alle orecchie non essendo una cuffia che "ci gira attorno" ma si appoggia all'orecchio. A parte questo piccolo particolare, sono molto comode e utili.

Ottima qualità in relazione al prezzo. Come utilizzo per smart working ideali.

I have a deep voice and a life long problem with people not being able to hear me when I'm talking on the phone. I work remote a lot and I need something for calls/meetings that I can use to jump between multiple devices. I hate trying to have long conversations on my phone. Bluetooth devices are mediocre for voice call. For me it's boom mic or bust. Tried it out with my 2020 Macbook M1 and Windows 10 PC, via the 3.5mm jacks and my iPhone 12 Pro. (It will work with your iPhone if you get a 3.5mm to Lightning connector.) Each time it worked immediately without any issues. If you use the USB adapter you'll still be good, but some programs might need a little nudge to get up and running. Call quality was excellent. Had a friend use it and speak extremely quietly and it picked it up no problem. Very happy with the mic on it. Sound quality for music is really, REALLY good. I have a pair of $400 Sony XM4 and if I had to use this headset exclusively I wouldn't be that bumped. It's got good thump and does an excellent job canceling out exterior noise without that uncomfortable vacuum seal some headphones do. I tested it out with my guy Jay Qwest's new album "For Love" on Spotify. I tried multiple genres and it's very balanced and extremely clear. I did not expect this from a $30 set. My only complaints: My head is not small, and if it was juuuust a little bigger that would be good. I've been wearing it a while and its not uncomfortable, but just a little buffer would be good. If you want a device to jump between Mac/PC/mobile phones with ease, you want excellent voice call quality, and you want nearly elite music headphones to boot, and you want to save $100 over a higher priced pair, here it is. This is the one.
