These are the best insoles I've had bought different brand in the past but in my opinion these Ailaka are the best.

These are good because they are not as squishy as some. They do make your soles more comfortable and they do provide elevation, but your shoes have to be big enough on your feet to accommodate the height.

Thankyou, these work great, very comfortable and no real complaint. I am just wondering why you dont sell packs of 2 left feet or 2 right feet along with the packs you sell at the moment of 1 of each. A lot of people out here have some sort of disabilty meaning they have 1 leg shorter that the other, hence they only need 1 insole, and the other goes to waste. This makes it very expensive as you only use 50% of the product. Let me know if this is something you can do, I wont be the only one out there needing this

Good for a height boost and a little extra comfort and support - but they are really quite narrow. Gives the feeling that you're about to topple off them and roll an ankle! Good for narrow feet - probably not so good for regular to wide feet.

Love these insoles that's why I've bought them again. Just cut to size and slip into shoes, so comfortable and with great cushioning.

To narrow not good

I have been waiting for too many months for my orthotics, so I got this in desperation to relieve pain in my foot and knee and hip when I walk. I have a 1-1.5cm limb length discrepancy. I have tried heel raiders before but wanted to try raising my whole foot evenly. I was waiting for a 0.5cm orthotic, which would have been followed up by a 1cm one over time. However I was unable to find a full insole to these thickness so went for 1.5cm hoping it would squish down with use. On my first two hour walk wearing this in one shoe, I had no pain! So that's a win.

Excellent product and service

I've been using these for the past 3 months and they're great, I got the blue ones in 3.5 cm size which are fluffy when you walk, it's a really comfortable experience I haven't experienced before, when you put them on they shrink a bit so those 3.5 cm would come down to 2cm for those concerning the height. I've used them with Vans and Nike shoes and they look great, you can't even tell despite the 3.5 cm If I decide to purchase another pair I would definitely go with these!

Good shoe height increaser. Bought this for a mate who was getting married to a slightly taller partner and wanted a bit more height for the wedding and for the wedding photos. Worked well and gave him a bit of extra confidence on the day.
