Will this item flatten out my small love handles?

I have "small love handles" & although they didn't completely disappear they did smooth out. I was very happy with my results!

I’m 5’6 and currently 210 pounds at 30 weeks pregnant. I’m not taking maternity pictures for another 5-6 weeks. What size should I get?

I had to go a size up. I’m usually a medium and went with a large and it was perfect. I absolutely love this shapewear. I’d recommend going a size up than what you normally are. From the details you gave, I’d suggest an XL. Hope this helps!
