Other reviews have mentioned an unpleasant aftertaste. I don't find that to be the case. It just tastes sweet. I don't mix it with water, I just put it straight into my mouth. My fingernails are so strong now. They don't break easily and look really nice. I actually have to file them down so they don't get too long. This product is probably having other effects, but none as tangible as the effect on my nails.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wish this was returnable, it definitely is not for the faint when it comes to the fishy taste. It's like eating a raspberry with fish oil on it. It's quite intolerable for people not used to the taste of fish or people who dislike the taste of fish, like I do. If you eat fish a lot and are blind to the taste, then this is perfect for you. But this definitely has a pretty fishy aftertaste! I'll still use it because I can't return it, I'll mask the taste with something. Take my review with a grain of salt, this is about my personal taste, not about the product being bad!!

3 star reviews. The convenience of these packets are great. You can travel with it, but the taste is really awful and artificial. I've tried intaking it with different methods and mediums. Like sparkling water, plain water, and even tea. It's all pretty terrible, so now I just take the powder by itself close to my throat and shoot it down with water. So overall the experience of intaking this product for me is pretty miserable, but I will finish up the product regardless for the benefits.
