Firm red insole with enough support in the feet arch. Is a hard foam. I purchase the first Vasyli insole in my podiatrist office. Maybe you need some short break-in. I use this for plantar fasciitis treatment.

I was first introduced to these by my chiropractor and now I buy them on Amazon and use a heat gun to mold them to my feet as per instructions from the manufacturer. Helps relieve pronation and knee and lower back pain.

Expensive, but nice. Full length works well because they don’t slip inside your shoes.

Couldn't walk without these supportive insoles in my shoes!

No es la primera vez que me compro estas plantillas. Por ende, ya sabía a lo que iba. Aún así, no me habia comprado las rojas, si no que las azules. Estas son mas duras al principio pero el alivio al caminar se nota al dia de usarlas. Se ve que son duraderas también.
