This protein powder mixes effortlessly in a shaker with a mixing ball, especially with semi-skimmed milk. The texture is finer and denser than other brands, helping it blend smoothly without clumps or excessive froth. Flavour-wise, the taste is well-balanced at the recommended two scoops (35g), providing 25g of protein. Some may find one scoop lighter in flavour, but that’s because each scoop is 17.5g, not 30g or so like in other brands. You need two scoops for a full serving, as Dymatize simply uses a smaller scoop size—though the protein per 100g is comparable. When using the correct serving size, the cookies and cream flavour is creamy and slightly sweet, leaning more towards the cream than the cookie. It mixes easily, but if you prefer a thicker shake or stronger flavour, simply use less water or milk. The price was great with the S&S discount, and the serving size, protein content, and mixability make it a solid choice. High in protein, low in sugar, and packed with BCAAs, it’s a great alternative to bigger brands—especially if you can grab it at a good price!

This was the third protein my partner and I purchased as part of our 'fitness adventures' with the other brands being well known ones as well. At first open it is sealed well and smells pleasant and out of the three proteins we got this was the best tasting, however, we did think it was quite sweet tasting and could get a bit too much at some point. In terms of money, you could probably get cheaper proteins out there as a lot of them have promotions on site. My partner says that it has been effective in helping him gain muscle and he now weighs the most he has so it definitely helps.

Hight quality stuff. A bit pricey but still better than other gluten free options. Taste is exceptional. Digests not problem. Great amino acids content. Will buy again.

Purchased numerous times over the past years and happy with the results when it comes to mixing and taste. but considering the price from my last order a little under 4 months ago its was at £45. Now it's at £65 not sure if this is down to demand with the new years 1 month and done, but I have now moved away to amazon's own brand. Value for money I'm not happy with,
