This is a brilliant bit of kit, I wish I had bought one years ago. Fantastic workout for the forearms. I’ve seen these around for years but always had my doubts about their effectiveness, but I was so wrong!! This product is so simple to use. It is well made and there is little else to say, it does the job. The handle is very comfortable, it has a spongy feel.
