Q: These are only $22 at Target and way more here…. Why?

I found that the True & Co bras at Target are made of a lower quality material. They also roll up, making them uncomfortable for long-term wear.

Q: The pads were deformed, how do I fix this?

I wash the bra and pads in a regular cycle. Then reshape the pads and put them on top of the dryer. I lay the bra flat on top of the dryer to dry. Also, if you have another padded bra you could put the pad over it and let it dry.

Q: best True bra for plus sizes?

I like the one in the picture the best. If it stretches you can adjust it.

Q: Can this bra convert to a cross back?

No, it is not set up to be converted
