ZERO side effects for us. Ease of swallow: Capsules are small and really easy to swallow, I take two at once with other supplements with no issues.

Many might not know that D 3 has been studied for Coronavius and it has a 700% effectiveness against the virus even more so than any vaccine! But you should not take D 3 without K 2 and if you are looking at this you already know why. But I could not find one that was heavy metal or allergen free! I dont just break out like some people I have seizures with exposure to heavy metals! I have contacted so many supplement companies and told me how serious the poisoning is. At first they pretend it's okay then I say I can have a seizure or die and I need to know for sure then they say maybe it's best if you dont buy ours! So I came across Vital Nutrients. I asked the same questions I ask all of the others and to my delight they are truly allergen and heavy metal free! They got back to me right away and I am thrilled that I found this and that it is allergen and heavy metals free! It is the highest quality supplement I could find with D 3 and K 2!
