It doesn't work with any SIM cards I inserted on both front and back of the SIM tray. I tried Cricket, H2Owireless, Red Pocket, Ting, and Ultramobile. None of them worked. The worst was the phone couldn't even realize those cards were inserted!!! Unbelievable !!!!I now have an 5.5 inch Android tablet that connects ONLY to WiFi and be useless when there is no WiFi !! Fantastic !UPDATE: I just need to come back here and to be fair. So the reason the phone didn't recognize the SIM cards was because it requires you to restart the phone. Or, with the phone to be completely turned OFF. I didn't do this when I tested the aforementioned SIM cards. However, none of the SIM cards could give me 4G-LTE connections here in the U.S. ONLY 3G data can be achieved. I took it out to test drive Google Maps, it didn't work at all, location was turned on and set to best accuracy, background data was set to ON, but Google Maps just refused to work with the phone's GPS. Therefore, still pretty much useless, but I DO have 3G data connection, and therefore, I gave one start back to the rating from 1 to 2 stars.

This phone took over 2 months to ship to my house, also with multiple problems on their part. Once the phone arrived it did not turn on, or it didn't charge and it was plugged in for hours. I looked it up and it's happened to many other people, And now it is taking forever to get a refund.

Love the phone. It is very good for the price. It performed the same amount a high branded phone would perform. It works fine with T-Mobile. Plus it comes with a screen protector.

If I could give this phone zeor starts I would. It took over a month to ship to my house. And one day after receiving the phone it already had a crack on the bottom. It does nota have high quality camera or screen. The nan problem is when you make phone calls, the speaker is so horrible that you can't even hear the other person. Long story short, don't waist your time and money with this "phone".
