Massively reduced my pain and stiffness....
I have very flat feet, hypermobile joints in my ankles, and my feet also roll inwards when I walk. This leaves me in a lot of pain and my feet and ankles feel incredibly stiff after walking, especially long distances. Simply having to be stood on my feet for an extended period of time has the same results. It also leaves me with pain and stiffness in my knees and my hips too which are also hypermobile. These arch support insoles have really changed all that, they're fantastic. Now I can go for a walk and I'm not left in agony and barely able to move for a few hours afterwards. I have small size 3 feet, sometimes I have to wear a size 4 because my feet are also very wide so I ordered a 3.5-4 size in these insoles. They fit my shoes really well without having to be cut to size which is great. They're good quality, flexible but supportive and don't slip about inside my shoes. I've worn these insoles in my size 4 boots over the top of the insoles that came with boots as they were not removable but I'm mainly wearing them in my size 3 skechers trainers. I removed the original insoles from these shoes as recommended. In both pairs, from the first time I wore them, the addition of these arch support insoles has made a massive difference and hugely reduced the pain and stiffness that I usually get in both my feet and the other joints of my leg as a secondary effect so i am thrilled with them. I will say however, that they do take some getting used to. Not necessarily because they're uncomfortable because they're not. I think it's mainly because I've walked on flat feet and rolled my feet inwards for so long that having these insoles change that feels somewhat strange at first. After a couple of weeks of wearing them though I barely notice them anymore. Although these insoles are really easy to swap and change into different shoes I'm getting myself another pair so that I don't have to keep doing that. I walk everywhere I go and these insoles have made such a big difference in reducing my pain that I can't imagine not using them anymore.

Saved my work days
I work a job that's very demanding on my feet and I'm standing and walking for most of an eight hour shift. This was starting to become very painful for my feet until a kind stranger noticed my predicament and pointed me in the direction of these shaped soles. They take a little getting used to as initially your feet resent being forced to move in a different way. Now that I've adjusted though, the benefits are really obvious when I go back to trainers that don't have these soles fitted - my feet quickly get uncomfortable after even a very short amount of time while I can manage my entire shift in my work shoes. They will not completely eliminate discomfort or pain. My feet are simply put through the wringer on an average work day. They have, however, dramatically reduced the pressure my feet are under, so I can get on with work. If you have the flat foot problems described here, give these a shot.

Comfortable with good support
As a postman with flat feet and covering around 50 miles a week on foot, when things aren't right you quickly know. My feet, shins, calves and knees have done various degrees of shouting in the past and now I'm getting older I am paying more attention to the root of the issues. Having worn these insoles for a week and put them through their paces, so to speak, I'm impressed. These are true to size and I found them to give comfortable arch support. The arch support isn't as high as some insoles I have worn and within a short while of walking I barely notice them doing their job. They have a mild amount of cushioning and would classify them as firm underfoot but not hard or uncomfortable. At the end of a 10-mile walk, my feet and legs are not shouting or crying to get out of the shoes, which says a lot. With a thinner amount of cushioning than some sporty insoles I've tried, they are of a slimmer profile and therefore more likely to fit a greater range of shoes. After 2 weeks of wearing them, I'm noticing how much harder they feel. I have marked down 1 star not because they are uncomfortable but because they are not as cushioned on the heel and ball of the foot as I'd like given the amount of daily punishment my feet take. Would I buy them again? Possibly, just not as a daily work insole.

Great for pronation, hip pain gone
I would recommend these to anyone who suffers from pronation. I've had them for approx three weeks and they've changed the quality of my life. My right foot especially rolls inwards and I had a lot of pain in my right hip. I wasn't sure if they were connected, but last month it dawned on me that they might be so I decided to get these arch support insoles. Could have been any, to be honest, but these were the ones I ended up buying. Within a few days, my hip was starting to feel better and dog walks were easier. I don't know why I didn't take care of myself better and find some decent, comfortable arch supports before. It sounds ridiculous, but my quality of life is better. I'm not in searing pain at night because of my hip - I can sleep on either side now! Woohoo! The quality of these particular insoles is very good. Fit the shoes well. Are comfortable. They don't slide around like those silly little orthotic arch supports. Took a couple of days to get used to them, but now it feels comfortable and normal. It feels weird and unsupported without them! I'm going to buy more of them so I don't have to keep swapping them between my pairs of shoes/slippers.

Good price just not ideal for me.
Yay! I’ve reached that point in my life where I have Plantar fasciitis. Deep joy. I had a pair of Superfeet in my cycling shoes but noticed the price was now £40! Wow! That’s a lot of money. These seemed to get good reviews at a fraction of the price so though odd give them a try. Easy to fit and seemed sturdy. But they sure are not Superfeet! Do work short term but for all day use I started getting pain in my foot after an hour of use. So I sucked up and bought another pair of Superfeet. Some people will find these brilliant. I didn’t as my feet did not suit them.
