I’ve been taking this vitamin for about a year now. Honestly, the capsules are big but the output has been great so far.

Great Nutritious Multi Vitamin, which tastes like God hates you.
Do they have a complete rounded Multi Vitamin - Yes Do they contain a good amount of each vitamin so you don't get too much of any one - Yes Is it a good price - Yes Is it quality - Yes Awesome so what's wrong? It's not in a gel cap, so you can't have it ever exposed to any moisture or it starts to dissolve. This does not make it go bad, but the smell and the taste once its been exposed to moisture is almost unbearably bad. I bought these to take traveling so they were in a sealed daily storage container and the residual moisture from the Fish oil was enough to start the multi dissolving, so by the end of my two week trip the taste was so bad I almost couldn't swallow these, and I normally can swallow all 7 of my daily's at once. So overall a good product I just wish they made a gel cap version.

In my opinion, a great choice in this category. The smell and taste are not nearly as bad as some reviewers state. Recommended.
