Disappointed with Missing Items - Twice!
I purchased the Phomemo label printer expecting everything listed in the package description to be included, but that was far from the case. The label holder, which was clearly mentioned in the product description and even shown in the photos, was missing.I returned the item the first time hoping it was just an error, but when the replacement arrived, the same thing happened – the label holder was missing again!This is not just inconvenient but also completely unacceptable. If you’re advertising something as part of the package, it should be included. I’ve wasted time and effort trying to resolve this and ultimately had to return the product again.Unless Phomemo can ensure proper quality checks and deliver what’s promised, I cannot recommend this product. Very disappointing experience!And yet, there is response from the seller side. Pathetic.
