I've tried different products for weight loss related to the keto diet and this product seems to work the best I have used it three different times three different years to lose my winter weight and each time I was able to lose 15 to 30 pounds. Depending on my personal investment.

I have been taking this product for 3 weeks good news is I have not gained weight bad news is I have lost NO weight. Total garbage. If I could give zero stars then I would. I received 3 bottles and they were in a gallon bag that looked like it had beef reused many times. One bottle had no safety seal or cotton packing like the other 2. It’s like someone is selling it out of their basement with no quality control. Do not purchase this product!!

I took this for three weeks and didn’t have any weight loss my husband took it for three weeks and only loss 4 lbs. don’t know if I would recommend it.

I saw some mixed reviews on these but the price was worth giving them a try. I have been taking them for 3 weeks and have already lost almost 10lbs. I gained about 15lbs after a surgery and not working for a month and wanted to get back down to 125. As with all diets and pills everyone is different and age and activity levels are always a factor. I am 40 and have a physically demanding job so I'm pretty active. I like these pills. They don't have the side affects that usually come with weight loss supplements like jitters or constantly going to the restroom. I just feel good and not bloated or bogged down. Definitely recommend. Also there is no pill on the planet that will make you lose weight if you are very inactive and have terrible eating habits. I'm not a doctor that's just common sense.

Using product for over a week. Moderate exercise and less food intake with no results at all. Might have even gained a pound. Disappointing!

Before using Trim life Keto my weight was 58kg. My normal routine is to check what I eat and I do a lot of exercising, I go to gym, I do boxing classes, zumba and so on.
