Great clipper for binders
I wish it had instructions. It took me a little bit to figure it out. I guess I could've googled it but I like instructions to come with my products. Works great though.

Very well machined! I kind of wish the spring action was inside the caliper instead of inside the handle, but that's just a preference. It takes some practice, so be sure to go to youtube for instruction and try it out on a couple of waste pieces first. No instructions accompany the tool.
