Excellent ice-pack for neck and shoulders. Folds up to fit into the freezer nicely, and fits well to sooth neck, shoulders, and upper back.

Great ice bag. Covers a wide area and stays cold for a long time. Use it on my lower back as well.

Pro’s: great back and shoulder coverage. High on back of neck. Reaches over shoulders. Stays cold for a loooong time. Two sides: 1) a smooth Icey side and 2) soft velvety side. Great if you don’t want it freezing cold vs just cold. The storage bag is great for the freezer and the texture keeps it from doing what a freezer bag would. Fantastic stitching, no issues and I’ve used it daily. Cons: I don’t like the plastic snap. I wish it was Velcro. As other pictures show, the neck is tight. I am not a big person and have a slender long neck and it’s still challenging to to snap if you don’t position it correctly on your back/neck. Leaning over a bit helps with this. I think since I have a thinner neck it also doesn’t lay flush as someone who may have more meat on their neck. So I have to pull it down in the front where the snap is or it will slide back. The other option is to lay down so it stays on my neck where I need it. Minor detail and would only be fixed with Velcro but I also realize that may make people feel like they were choking. I’d just like to have to not manually adjust it when wearing it.
