They come in a variety of real fruit flavors, and I've been particularly enjoying the Tropical Fruit and Mixed Berry options. The taste is genuinely refreshing and satisfying, making it a treat I actually look forward to incorporating into my day. Convenience on the Go: One of the things I appreciate most about these smoothies is their portability. No need to worry about lugging around bulky containers or keeping them refrigerated. The individual pouches are perfect for tossing in my gym bag or backpack, ensuring I have a convenient protein source even when I'm on the go. Do not waste your money it tastes like plastic

I ordered these in a few variations several times. Used them at work for a quick boost when I couldn’t get to lunch. Tasty for sure. Not a fan of the one with coconut but love the berries.

The product description says it’s a 12 pack, but it’s actually a six pack, or at least that’s what was delivered to me multiple times. Unfortunately, it took me ordering it three times before I noticed that the packs they were sending me were only six packs. It’s massively over priced if the quantity is actually six packs.

These are great for a quick protein boost when you don’t feel like eating or just need a little more protein in your diet. The pouches are small - just over 4oz - so it’s a lot of protein packed in a small volume. It makes them great for keeping in a backpack, purse, or gym bag. They taste good. This is the second flavor of this brand I’ve purchased and both flavors have been pretty good. You can obviously tell it’s had protein added but the protein shake after taste isn’t really present. The only detracting factor for me is the price. The high price per pouch makes them cost prohibitive for me most of the time. I would like to have a constant supply to grab and go, but instead, I usually reserve purchasing for trips or specific training needs.

Ordered the mixed berries and pleasantly surprised at the taste. Need to go on a two week, high protein, semi liquid diet and this product will do the trick. Trying to stay away from the Ensures and slimfasts of the world. Probably not as healthy as this product. A little pricey but to me well worth the cost.

I usually drink Fuel for Fire Berry Açaí smoothies but I can no longer find them. Unfortunately, this smoothie is no comparison! Tastes terrible, weird consistency and the ingredients are not all healthy! There are too many seed oils and the MCT is unnecessary. Since they can’t be returned, they’re going in the trash!!!

The flavor of these smoothies is good, but I'm not crazy about the texture. It's a little too thick and has a grainy feeling. They taste better chilled, so I keep a few in the frig. On the plus side, these are easy to take on-the-go for a quick snack.
