Revolution R180B High-Speed Touchscreen Toaster, 2-Slice Smart Toaster with Patented InstaGLO Technology & Panini Mode

I use this toaster every day. The touchscreen is super easy to use and navigate and I love all the options it has for light to dark functions based on what I am trying to heat up or toast. The panini toaster press works great (just don't overload the contents of your panini or the press won't close completely). The clock and light functions on the unit are a plus, as well as the alert that pops up when the crumb tray needs to be emptied. Toasts in half the time of my regular toaster. And this unit is pretty to leave on the counter all day, it's a show piece.

Ok. When it worked it was an ok device, not stellar but OK. Honestly for the price you would think it would last longer than just 2 years. It comes on to it's pretty display but no longer toasts anything. I tried the normal troubleshooting steps they have listed but it is just a broken device now.

so i had been eye-balling this toaster for a while and then bought it on prime day. i've had the product for 30 days and here is my review thus far. initial impressions: when i pulled it out of the box, i was blown away at how sleek/modern it looked. i was actually excited to toast something. first week: the toaster is so cool, i was making little breakfast sandwiches each morning. the toaster is entirely touch screen, which is cool but honestly, the best part is the timer and the level of "toasting" you want on your bread/bagel/waffle/ect. i will say the toaster runs slightly hot, so i recommend a lower toast setting until you get a feel for how the toaster toasts. Thats the only negative thing i have noticed first month: i have tried multiple different settings and food options. even frozen wazzles and it handles it just fine. knowing when your food is going to be done is certainly a nice feature. overall assessment: i'll be honest. this toaster is expensive and probably more of a "splurging" type of item than a necessity. if you want to know what it would be like to toast bread in the future, then this is the toaster for you. I have a revolution toaster & love it. However it is 5 years old and I need a new one so I ordered this R180B from amazon and my invoice even says NEW. However - the one I received was NOT in original packaging but instead in a bag from a different company and it is absolutely USED. I called Revolution & they said their new ones come in new boxes, so I ordered directly from them. They said that Amazon is going to start a "refurbished" sale but that has not started yet - I wonder if amazon accidentally sent a used one that is meant for this new program. If you order this toaster (which is great) be sure you receive a NEW one in a revolution box and new packaging.

This toaster is nice. The first one had intermittent cycle off issues. Contacted the company and they worked with us to replace the old one with a new one. So far so good. Really like the features. Works really well with every toasting feature.

TLDR: The touch screen stopped working after a few months and husband is big mad at me 😡 ------‐-------------- I was so excited when this toaster arrived I plugged it in, scrolled through the pretty pictures of different bread options and toast levels. Delightful! My husband was like you spent HOW much money on a toaster? I was like don't worry about it I deserve fancy things I'm worth it 😌 💅🏾 we are going to be the talk of the town when our friends come over and see that we are living in the future. Those fridges with the touch screen and social media ain't got nothing on this Anyways maybe couple of months or so later the touch screen on this toaster is completely unresponsive. I thought maybe it got too hot from me using the toaster multiple times (to make two things of toast for my husband and I). Does it need it's own internal computer fan to keep it cool? 💅🏾 So I let it cool down tried it the next day and it's just stuck on a first screen so I can't select anything. This thing is the Zebra Stripes gum of toasters. Now I am making toast on the stove like it's gonna be ok and my husband shaking his head. He was like Return it ! And I was like it's probably past the warranty I cant! And I have to be a big girl and admit my mistake. Hate that for me. I agree to buy a more humble toaster with dials and buttons and try to move past this tragedy one day at a time Buy this toaster if you want to disappoint the love of your life 💔 it was also easy to clean with a little tray at the bottom but who cares.

We got our toaster and found all the features to be surprising. My Family loves to use it for all kinds of foods and the press is great for making toasted sandwiches. We had an issue with a non responsive screen, contacted customer service and got a real person and was walked through the trouble shooting process. The replacement was shipped out quickly and the old toaster returned, no issues since. Great but and a good addition to our kitchen.

This is a pricey toaster but I love its features. Just tap the color touchscreen for your selection - toast, bagel, etc. Choose fresh, frozen or reheat, one of 7 settings for brownness then start. It lowers automatically. A few seconds before your selection is ready, you will hear an audible alert and you will see the timer countdown. When finished it pops up enough to be easily grabbed. I have not used the frozen setting, but both fresh and reheat settings are fast. An easy to read clock is displayed when done toasting. This is a very nice looking toaster to display on your counter.

Best toaster /sandwich maker ever, my 5 year old operates this by himself , easy to use and works like a charm

Grille-pain acheté en juillet 2022 au QC, Canada, avec les 2 taxes coût total de 517.26$. Il a bien fonctionné jusqu'au 14 septembre 2025, l'écran tactile reste figée, malgré le débranchement et rebranchement a plusieurs reprises tel que recommandé dans le manuel. Garantie dépassée. Pas réparable et service a la clientèle reste muet. Acheté/jeter, ne vaut pas son prix. Article a éviter.

I find this toaster/ panini maker/ warmer rack is very easy to use and convenient for a smaller space compared to other sandwich grills. Money well spent.

Not nearly worth the price. This should be sold for $90.00 tops. And the panini press doesn't even come with it and is as much as two regular toasters to buy. How do companies get away with this? Lame.
