Q: Should I cover my stomach with plastic wrap while using this gel for better results?

I'm a guy so I was super self conscious about the fat I carry around my hips and butt. I am currently on a low-carb, low-gluten diet, mainly doing keto instead. I cut lactose out of my diet since I'm intolerant and became more physically active for the past three months. Wearing sauna shorts and pants and going for a long walk or bike ride, or applying it before a good lifting session does the trick. It burns a lot, without leaving marks just as long as it's not applied to irritated or raw skin. Scratched by back too hard once, and I had to run to the shower to wash it off after applying because of how much it stung. I got okay after that. Cold water usually does the trick

It’s a creamy texture. If you were to purchase it I’d test it on a small part of your skin to make sure you are not allergic. It doesn’t itch on me or burn. I use the belly band with it. I definitely recommend trying it. It helps me sweat a lot.

Q: Does this slimming cream have a strong smell?

There is no smell at all. It’s like a super thick Vaseline. Be a little generous when applying and make sure you have extra clothes. Sometimes I keep sweating even after a shower.
