Didn't appear to do what was stated on description.

Was under the impression this was hydrating and comforting to the lips by the description. Oh wow, so wrong on that! Stinging and burning like other lip plumpers. Couldn’t get this off my lips and send this back quick enough.

Don't waste your money on this. Doesn't work. Not even a little. Just another lip gloss..

Doesn’t seem to work.

I've used City Lips in the past. Mainly the clear gloss. I stay very hydrated, and this dried out my lips did nothing to ad hydration or fulness.

I absolutely love this lipgloss. I have been using this product for about 3 years now. It is hydrating for hours and my lips look luscious without having to get any “work” done. I have used shimmer colors like tinsel town, a clear one and the one in the picture is watermelon. Does it tingle? Maybe slightly for me, but does not bother me whatsoever as I know it is working and that’s what it’s supposed to do. I have used many different plumpers and this one is by far the best. It looks and feels amazing.
