Over the past few years the amount I'm prepared to pay for true wireless earbuds has dropped as previous units have failed. When my most recent ~£60 gave up I decided to give these a go. For the price and what I want them to do they are great. All I want is a pair of buds I can hear my music round the house or in the office while being able to talk to people. And these do that fine. There is no ANC with these and no LDAC codec connection, but if these are things you're looking for these aren't the buds for you. They do do what they do well. Can't comment on call quality as I've not used it and not what I got them for. They fit in the ear well and I've had no need of the additional tips of various sizes. The sound quality is OK to good; it's not an audiophile experience but you shouldn't be expecting that for sub £20. Charging is via an internal USB A connector which I think is designed to be plugged into a laptop, saves hunting for a cable when they do run out of battery. Battery life is good with a full day in the office with no need to charge up. My only complaint is how hard it is to get the buds from the charging case. There is a knack to it which took a few attempts and escaping buds to get the hang of, the magnets are strong and the case not very big not leaving much room to grab the buds. All in all worth the money and when these give up, I'll replace them with another pair or these...

A good pair of headphones. They are comfy, easy to connect and deliver a good sound. The outer part is 'touch' and can be used to adjust volume. However this can result in accidently muting them when adjusting or putting them in. Overall though a good buy for the price. They charge easily in a USB plug, holding hours worth of charge and recharging in the case

Very good sound, battery is great, little bit too big- sometimes falls out of my ears. Overall good price for the quality.

I've brought multiple of these. I have a pair for work, a pair for the gym and a pair for at home. They aren't over priced like a lot of branded ones. Quality is great. The battery life is pretty good and it's easy to charge when it is empty. The only issue there, is you have to buy a usb plug because one is not supplied.

Had these for 2 years now. They've accidentally gone through a washing machine and a dryer cycle and they still work great. Stay in my ears fine and the sound quality is great.

Despite these being quite cheap, the sound quality and battery life is insane! I have had them 3 months and have charged the up twice. I use them at least 3 times a week when exercising for an hour at a time, plus any jobs such as gardening and building jobs I have done around the house. Superb!

I’ve brought these in person before and note a large difference between them. The ones i’ve ordered on amazon (which i still use today) tend to have frequent technical issues, cutting out, bugging, or glitching. However in comparison to the one i’d brought in john lewis, this has more auditory options / accommodations. I will also note that they do not fall out your ear too easily and fit super snugly, in comparison to other ear phones and that despite my prior complaints, these are my go to ear phones of use because of the sound quality and ease of use. Only issue is the frequent glitching (audio playing in one ear and not the other, random power offs) which are daily occurrences but i’ve gotten so use to it i can’t even complain as the quality is so good

These earphones sound really good for the price, and I got them for less on a deal, so it was money well spent. They're far less bass boosted than most other earphones these days (a GREAT thing, in my opinion), and they sound clear. They pair with my phone extremely quickly and the touch controls are actually responsive unlike another, still half-decent, pair I got on Amazon for the same price. I've seen other reviews saying there is no noise cancelling feature but for me that feature is there, perhaps it's just not as good as "true" ANC as offered on other earphones. I haven't tested them on battery life yet, but other reviews seem to be quite positive on that. There is one frustrating thing about the design of the charging case though; rather than have a charging port, there is instead an attached USB C charging cable. This meant that I had to buy a USB C to USB A adapter as nothing I currently have has a USB C out port, and if this attached charging cable is ever damaged then it would mean having to get a new charging case. Simply having a USB C charging port on the case would completely fix this issue and would make them a 5 star product for me, as you can't argue with the quality and features on these for £25.
