A Beast!
This chainsaw is huge! I love it! Started just fine & runs good. Cuts like I beast! Unstoppable. Perfect for big timber. Takes some strength to handle it. 2026 Update: Like the chainsaw but the chain kept falling off. Took apart and found the chain drive hub on the clutch drum can slide sideways of the bar and misalign. I added shims to center the chain drive hub with the bar and works fine now. Like the rugged build and power. This beast will make a man out of you no matter who you are.

Great value
It's a beast!! Works awsome!! Had an oak tree fall with a 48 inch base cut it right up. Buy an extra chain, make sure it's the right one , first one I bought was wrong. Pros. Plenty of power, great price easy to start. Cons heavy... heavy... hard to hit off switch while wearing gloves but now I pull the choke to kill it. When you start it full of Choke pull a cord once it wants to start turn the truck off then it starts immediately I watched a the video, this was a great help.

Impossible to start
Brand New out of the box and it took 3 days to finally get it to start. Once it started, it ran decently. I didn't like the sound but it seemed super sensitive to any bit of adjustment, so I left it where it started because it comes setup for running for the first three tanks of fuel. Annoying popping sound aside, it ran good and it cut like a dream, to be honest... made my other saws look like junk, including my Rancher. However, I spent the entire next day trying to start the saw on it's second tank of fuel with no success. The first pull was the only pull that sounded like it would start with the next pull; it never did. Brand New Bosch "Start" spark plug came in it but there's nothing in the User's Manual about the proper spark plug gap. Definitely getting a charge to the spark plug and I've repeatedly gone through the steps for a "wet" plug/flooded combustion chamber, but still will not crank. As wonderful as the saw was the one time it did run, I still cannot give it more than a single star. All of the hours and sweat lost trying to get the saw started completely negates how well it cuts big timber. If I can figure out the issue, then I'll update my rating and provide what I've learned.

A beast
This saw is a beast!!! I've milled oak, hickory, and maple so far and it has more than enough power to do what I'm using it for. It's definitely not for the faint of heart it's an animal and perfect for what I'm using it for. Only thing I wish it had is an automatic bar oil pump rather than the manual but it's a touch of old school that goes along with milling slabs with an Alaskan mill. It's big, loud, and powerful. Definitely would and have recommended it. So far it fires up within 2 pulls. Only thing I would recommend is to tighten everything on it out of the box. I do that for all my saws....well done...so far

Great Service and Powerful Saw
I had an issue with a stripped clutch nut and the customer service contact replaced it quickly. The saw starts easily and needed some slight carb adjustments out of the box to run perfectly. I am using it for an Alaskan sawmill and it works well. The only reason for a 4 in lieu of 5 rating was the initial quality control miss on the stripped clutch nuts.

Better than I thought
I read a lot of reviews prior to buying. I purchased this saw in Oct 2022. I did a review on the Garwinner 20” 62cc saw (love that saw too). There is a learning curve with this saw. 1. Don’t pull the throttle before it starts. 2. Pull the choke fully out and pull until you get a pop. 3. Push choke half way in and it should fire right up. You still need to hold down the decompression valve and etc. as the directions state. I have some flooding issues at first, hence is why I wrote do not pull the throttle while starting of before trying to start. I love the full chisel chain that it comes with. I use it to plank out large logs. I have fell one tree and bucked it. It is a heavy saw compare to your 20” saws. Roughly 30 lbs. It has been great for me. I’m an average size man and can start it fairly easy. The saw sat over the winter and fired up on the fourth pull. The initial pull on full choke, second pull on full choke and got the pop, move to half choke and turned over and stalled, and no choke with start up two days ago. I highly suggest hearing protection, the muffler is wide open and is extremely loud. I think it’s 105-115 dB. I will be using it a lot more this year and will do another review with an update maybe around autumn or so. This saw needs a check on the bar oil before refueling. I hope this helps you out.

You won't be disappointed
This is still being used. Worked great after storms to clear what fell. You won't be disappointed. It's a great value for the ease of shipping. Very powerful and reliable.

Absolute garbage
First off I've been a arborist for 10 years and have used many many saw mostly stihl and echo. I saw this saw after my big saw recently gave out on me and said what the heck let's give it a run. I set the saw up accordingly to the manual and started the saw up no problem. I ran it with ethanol free mix like I do all my saws . I used the saw on the first job cutting a large off trunk . First off the saw has a lot of vibration in the handle making it hard to even hold before your hands go numb. Second is heavy and clunky. But whatever it got the job done. Used it on the second job doing the same thing and halfway through my second cut the saw made a loud pop noise and then clunking. After that the saw would not start again. This saw is garbage so do not buy trust me.

Have had saw a week and it is a beast. Mills boards with ease. Will leave more feedback in time. So far very happy with saw. Make sure you read instructions and learn saw.

Seems like a solid saw, have to tune the idle but for the rest it came fully assembled and I just had to put the bar on. Has an insane ammount of torque.

This saw is a beast! I mean its super heavy but man is it torqy! I use it for milling logs and a 20" log is nothin for it! I think the bars are a bit soft and i blew out the nose sprocket in less than 3 hours, luckily there is an oregon replacement you can get, simple fix! Starts right up, zero issues! I like it so much i just ordered a neo-tec 872!
