What body of water is this from?

Armorica's Lacto Fermented Cod Liver Oil is sourced from wild cod caught in the North Atlantic. Typically, it is around the Faroe Islands between the Scotland and Iceland.

Is it wild caught or farmed cod?

Yes - all the cod are caught wild around the Faroe/ Shetland islands.

How much a, d, e, omega 3, epa, dha?

Per serving: 350ug vitamin A 4.2ug vitamin D 214mg EPA 160mg DHA It is worth adding that this is a completly naturally produced product, and so there is to be expected a degree of variation in these values as you would find in nature. Additionally, because this oil is produced through cold processess, the omega-3 fats are all in their natural (triglyceride) form, and the vitamins are all naturally occuring with various metabolites and pro-vitamins, which can improve bioavailability.
