Got these for my husbands reflux and he had relieve in less than two weeks and his reflux never returned.

Product is good and fresh. Good quality. I wanted to continue this for my interstitial cystitis flares, but it dropped my blood sugar too much. Be wary if you tend to be hypoglycemic.

My son appreciates the help with his fibromyalgia symptoms. The Marshmallow root is a good anti-inflammatory. His symptoms are less painful. He still has symptoms, but they are a little more manageable.
