It's a very easy read. My daughter likes G. Stilton's books and keeps going back to them. I am not sure if I would buy many more of his books simply because I do not feel that the content justifies the price. I would recommend borrowing a couple to read to see if your child really needs to have them. But, at the same time, if Stilton books help to make your child read more, than the price is worth it.
