Superior materials and design. No instructions about how to operate from HiveOS. Had to text tech help to find a video for a different machine which also addressed how to install the fan regulator circuit. Neither of these were even mentioned in the instructions or on the Amazon video for the 8 GPU model that I bought. Tech support was prompt even though it was 2am their time. I was grateful. Again I love the rig! Just wish it came with some very critical instructions.

Very nice materials and design, love the 1800W PSU. Fans are working very quietly and strongly. just took 20 mins to set it up, running 8 RTX 3070 on HiveOS. just need to reinstall HiveOS on Flash stick. very kind and nice customer service, he always backs to you ASAP, no matter what time of day is it. this is my first purchase and looking forward to buying another one. very pleased with the purchase.

I like the product, the problem I have is that the power supply has no on and off switch as shown in the listing. You can the rig of through windows but the power supply keeps running, I have to unplug the power supply and plug it back in when I start the rig back up! this very annoying when I install new cards . Stopped working on 6/10/2023

Product was easy to assemble and only needs a monitor, keyboard/mouse and GPUs to work. May need to adjust BIOS settings based on how many GPUs you install, but customer support can assist you with that (and in a timely fashion). It's working ok with 4 out of 8 GPUs slots used, will reassess when adding more. Be careful, to the termal paste when you take the vent out of the box.

Easy to assemble, simple instructions took less than 30 minutes to have it up and running. Had a problem with the power supply, contacted seller who sent a new one out right away. Customer service was fantastic, communication with seller was great. Really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Very pleased with the purchase!

Awesome easy mining machine to hook up… I had some issues but support answered me in few hours and was able to get it all running fast sounds loud in video but actually very quiet fans and smooth rig all around very happy

Missing parts. I have ordered two of these rigs in the past this one was missing parts. I'm very disappointed I paid for something and didn't get all the pieces/parts. Luckily I recalled how I put the other two together I knew how to put this one together until other parts arrive. Had to order them.
