Paid for New. Got Non-Functioning Units and Used units
I bought this in hopes of using my laptop for work. 1st one one came with bad HDMI Ports 2 & 3."No big deal, bad items slip through the cracks sometimes. I'll just get a replacement" I thought.Got my replacement the following day and as soon as I opened it, I noticed the hinge to the box were broken which is common for an old/used item. Found 2 instruction booklets which also gave me that same feeling that it was an old/used product. Pulled out the USB-C cable and I find finger prints all over it. I can usually ignore this if the product works. Tested the HDMI ports again. Port 1 works, but Ports 2 & 3 again do not work. Kind of a shame since the build is nice.Pros:- The build looks solidCons:- Non-functioning ports and can only output in HDMI Port 1- Got a used device for new fee- Has issues with USB port if more than 2 are used (mouse, keyboard)- Connection to box is intermittent (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt)- Only Host Port 1 works for video while Host Port 2 is only for data transfer oddly enoughTested with:- Old HDMI cord and HDMI 2.0 (newly bought)- USB-C cord/charger (can supply up to 90W)- 3 different gaming monitors + portable monitorFeelings:I really wanted a straightforward working device. You buy something expecting it to work as intended normally... Then you get this. At least the USB-C cord you get with it is semi-decent(?)Build: 2/5(only got a 2 because the case is solid)Value: 1/5Does it work as intended? NoOverall: 1.25/5Update: Wow. As I'm boxing this up to return, it is very apparent this is DEFINITELY a used product. The cords practically slid out the ports with little effort on #2 than #1

Falls short of expectation
What a great solution. Unit is increasingly incompatible with my ACER monitors. Work fine initially, but gradually increase the number & frequency of seconds-long monitor blackouts. Replaced this with similar units, and they work admirably, if cluttered.

Would not work and directions do not tell you how to get it to work.
Directions are very small inside the box and it does NOT tell you how to attach it and get to work. I called support and they did not know either.

Very disappointing
Very disappointed in this product. Plugged everything in and set it up correctly and nothing happens. Power gets passed through but that is it. Definitely not worth the $100!!!
