Correct part, works well. Use small hook to release spring nuts.
I got my order of luggage compartment latches for my Fleetwood Pace Arrow promptly. They were the correct part and work well. Getting the existing push nuts off of the linkage without damaging them was the main challenge in replacing the latches. I used a small hook to reach under them and push the tines up from below.

A must have. When the bay door latch breaks / cracks, you will wish you bought these. My motorhome is 9 years old and they are starting to break. Glad I had some spares.

Almost perfect
We have a 2007 Coachman motorhome with a couple of broken Trimark latches on the underneath bay doors. These aren't exactly the same as originally installed (probably at the factory), but are very workable with a little extra effort. Price was good and can be installed in our garage rather than paying an RV repair shop to install them and would cost a lot more.

Easy install, works well.
I needed to replace one of the latches on our 2007 Fleetwood Terra LX. These arrived promptly and in good/new condition. It took about 2 minutes to remote ve the broken latch, 5min to file the door frame a small amount, and another 2 min to insert new latch and tidy up. 1. Simply open the baggage door, remove the silver access panel on the backside of the door, and unhook the aluminum rod that goes between the handle and the latch. 2. Pull the latch out of the door, you may have to wiggle it a bit. 3. Fit the new latch to the door frame, this may require a little filing in the door. 4. Remove the aluminum rod from the old latch and attach it to the new one. Hint: just slide the latch off “backwards” along the rod. 5. Push the rod & latch into the door frame hole. 6. Reconnect the rod to the handle & close up the cover/panel.

Fittment was tight, had to file a little bit to get it to fit. Little larger then stock.but works.

Just add good as oem
Installed them as replacement on a 2005 Bounder 32w. The existing holes for the oem latches had to be cut and/or filed in order to fit these latches. That's the only reason for the lower ease of installation rating. I struggled with stuck latches originally and found i had to bend the aluminum connection rods to not stick against the metal backing plate. Have been smooth so far and installed about a year.
