I am so disappointed
I bought the lock 2 days ago, registered my fingerprint and worked fine (in Dubai), and had my flight back to Cairo, and guess what, I M not able to open my Delsey bag which has my laptop and iPad. Unbelievable 👎🏻

Atypical USB C port
Warning:It is USB C but not a standard one.The USB port is recessed into the lock and thus requires an extended-tip USB C cable. I have never seen a USB C like this.It looks like the normal one but is slightly longer. The regular shorter ones will not make contact.

As the title states, I couldn't register my fingerprint on either of the 2 locks purchased, so they were returned. I have subsequently purchased the slightly more expensive version that are Bluetooth/phone app enabled, and I found setting these app enabled locks vastly easier and less time consuming. Buy the BLACK, app enabled locks.
