Having a company back up their gear without a fight is rare these days, and KitchenBoss genuinely earned a 5-star rating for how they handled this. I bought the KitchenBoss immersion circulator a while back, and it’s been a workhorse in my kitchen, precise temperature control, reliable heating, and consistently great results. However, about a year in, the mounting clamp broke. It’s the kind of small part failure that usually turns into a head-shucking customer service nightmare with most appliance brands. I reached out to their support team, fully expecting to jump through hoops or be told to buy a replacement part out-of-pocket. Instead, their team was incredibly responsive and professional. They didn't haggle or make excuses; after confirming the issue, they shipped me a brand-new unit free of charge, a full year after my initial purchase. A lot of companies sell decent hardware, but very few offer genuine post-purchase support once you're past the return window. KitchenBoss actually stands behind their products and values their customers. I can't recommend both this sous vide and the company behind it highly enough.

Bought this to replace my Anova’s clamp, it was made of plastic and lasted a little longer with super glue and it was time to replace it. This product’s ring fits nicely with my Anova, with a spring switch to adjust the height and holds firm, the clamp has a metal rod that surely won’t break like mine. Definitely an improvement over the original part.

I have an Anova Precision 3.0 sous vide cooker. The bracket it came with is flimsy and breaks easily. This works wonderfully as a replacement bracket and is cheaper than the Anova replacement.

So I had lent my Sous vide to a former co-worker and did not realize they had damaged the clamp until a few days ago when the clamp broke in 3 places. This item replaced the clamp perfectly

Info says it fits Anova Sous Vide. Doesn't say the spring isn't strong enough to actually hold the circulator. So it slips thru as far as it can go. Then After 1 Use The Rubber 'foot' which should hold the circulator in place falls off. USELESS PIECE OF ....GARBAGE

I am impressed with the design. My Anova Pro was towards the higher end of the diameter listed, so that may influence my satisfaction. I have seen some complaints about the clamping force reviews regarding the clamping to the sous vide cooker itself. It is a sprig loaded design and does not clamp. For me, the clamp will only keep the cooker vertical. It will slide down to the neck on the cooker; the clamp merely keeps the cooker vertical. If one has a shallower container for the water, the cooker may slide down and sit on the bottom. I use Cambro containers and the cooker sits slightly off the bottom and the bracket works perfectly.
