The case was great for the first 2 months. Soon after lots started to go wrong. First the part that allows you to pull the charger port sealer ripped off, which made it annoying to charge my phone. Then after a drop the bottom rubber started to fray, and continued to deteriorate until there was nothing there. The water proof feature was now compromised in 2 places. About a month later one side of the plastic on the back cracked, and in the following weeks the rest of the sides cracked all of the way through. Lastly it was in my pocket as I sat down one day and the camera lens protector shattered. Also the thumbprint recognition stopped working somewhere in there. My phone never broke but the case definitely did.

Had since February and the little knob to switch from ringer on to silent just broke off. Also, can’t use fingerprint unlock in touch screen. Nope.

When you are talking with someone they can barely hear you. You sound muffled to them. Not worth the money for the problem of people can not hear you.

Do not buy! I do not understand how this product received any good reviews. The control buttons don't work properly and the porthole for the camera lens doesn't line up so your photos will be partially black.

Right out of the box you can tell that this is a very high quality case. The “fit and finish” is definitely superb -- very well engineered. The aluminum body has a precision fit for the phone, snug but not to tight with thin rubber or plastic strips between the phone and aluminum. I don’t see a single flaw or harsh edge anywhere on the case. The price is obviously higher than any of the cheap cases out there but you definitely get what you pay for here. Obviously waterproof but with an IP68 rating (3 meters) it betters the iPhone 7 IP67 rating (1 meter). So you’ve actually got two layers of protection.The screen is covered by a thin, clear “shield” that does not adhere to the screen like a typical screen protector. It’s generally not noticeable except down near the lower parts of the screen where the keyboard spacebar is or the home button. You can feel and hear the very slight space between it and the screen but I got used to it after a while and doesn’t affect the operation at all.The side buttons all operate nicely with a soft click when pressed. The only other “compromise” with the waterproof design is the rotating button that turns the ringer on/off. It’s a bit stiff as you rotate it to move the switch up/down. You can’t see the phone's switch so you don’t know whether its on or off if you haven't set it in a while. Probably the least desirable feature.I have the silver and black color which looks great on my white iPhone. Tough but elegant. Will be nice for the boat, beach or trail.

Other than the fact I received a case for iPhone 6, and not the 8 as advertised, it’s a great case. Luckily I still have an iPhone six I use for travelling.

The case arrived on time, HOWEVER it was for an iPhone 6/6s NOT an iPhone 7. It states very clearly on the box what iPhone it's for but the barcode sticker on the bottom was labeled iPhone 7, so I'm not sure if they're just trying to pass them off as iPhone 7 cases or if someone screwed up. Super disappointed as I've heard these are really good cases, but I guess for the price it was too good to be true.I did try to jam my phone into the case, it fit but it kept turning my phone off. Then I had a heck of a time getting it back out.10/10 would not recommend
