Excellent item. Lovely and soft. Easy to use. Not thick but no problem when heated. Unfortunately delivery company was a problem. Eventually found 9 days later.

Warm, comfortable and safe. Slept under it loads, pets have snuggled under it. Variable heat settings, very happy. Have spent cold nights on the sofa with an ill dog and back door open in winter, was very glad to have this blanket to keep me warm. Flu or chills? Heated blanket . Frosty morning where you're not quite awake yet? Sofa and a warm blanket.

Nice comfy throw, warms up quickly and feels very cosy. There are 9 settings but generally 4 or 5 is sufficient. There is no timer however, so you have to remember to turn it off.

Wonderful/ soft and very warm - you don’t need to put the heating on just put this over your legs and body it keeps you lovely and warm - both me and my husband.

I’m very pleased with this heated blanket, it has a soft texture and the colour compliments the tones in my room. It heats up to a good temperature and has a timer that you can set. A great purchase for these chilly nights.

Just opened it and started to use it already after having a broken heel and struggling to walk due to crutches I needed something to keep me warm and cosy this is defiantly going to do that it’s not heavy or thick but really does throw some heat out worth every penny

I ‘was’ quite happy with the product, seemed of a good construction, nice velvety material. Heat distribution was adequate. I’d used it a handful of times and suddenly it’s displaying an E1 message and refusing to work. So I messaged the seller who offered to send another controller to plug in. I agreed to this thinking it would be sent out straight away. Nope, no such luck. I receive a follow up message from the seller saying they ‘may’ have the part in the warehouse ‘in 1-15 days’ but not when I should expect to receive it or what to do if I don’t. What’s wrong with picking up the phone and asking the warehouse if they have the part since I’ve now effectively been left with a useless product that was supposed to keep me warm in cold weather. Are they hoping it’ll go over the 90 day return period by any chance? Well, I’ll be starting a return if the part is not with me in a week and buying another heated blanket from a better seller. I bought my dad a heated blanket for Christmas from a well known brand, think Quiet Evening ;),he uses it every night and hasn’t had a single issue.
