TARION Camera Sling Bag, Waterproof Camera Travel Bag Photography Backpack Camera Shoulder Bag with Rain Cover for DSLR SLR Cameras Lens Review: Brilliant, well-designed camera sling bag - I've wanted a smaller camera bag for when I don't want to lug a large camera bag pack about but still want to carry accessories and lenses. This bag does the job brilliantly, I've only had it a few days but took it out on Sunday for a hike and a shoot.. It holds my 5D with a 70-200mm lens in the main section (just, it's a bit snug) with space for a couple of smaller lenses like a nifty fifty. The main front cover can be used as a side access pocket for quick access which was a must for me. It's really quick to use and works well. The hard case pocket is nice for cards, chargers, batteries etc. and there are plenty of other pockets and pouches; far more than my larger Tarion roll top bag. Finally, the smaller pocket could hold a smaller camera. I can fit a 90D in it. I'm not sure I'd use it for that but it's good that it could. It's an amazing bag for its size, weight and cost. I can't comment on the longevity but it looks well made. Highly recommended. Review: Excellent, versatile camera bag - An excellent, compact and lightweight camera bag. While I use this as my day-to-day camera bag, I used it as my day bag while at the Spa 24 hours race in Belgium. It was an excellent bag for that - it had space for my camera (Canon 70D), a second, longer lens, portable chargers, a water bottle (in the side pocket), a poncho, wallet and keys. The waterproof cover was good, too, as the rain came down on one of the days. The cover also helped as extra space, allowing me to carry a jacket with me on the warmer days. Very pleased with the purchase!

It's very good but with a slight niggle ........
Ive not taken the bag out having only just taken delivery of it. However, it appears to be of good quality. The zips are not stiff and I like the pull-loops that make it easy to pull the zips. The various pockets will take my Canon 700D camera body, a 17-85mm lens, a 75-300 mm lens, my set of Cokin filters with their lens attachments, spare batteries and battery charger, plus a few other bit's'n'pieces. I do like the fact it comes with a waterproof rain cover for added protection. The only thing that stops me giving it 5-stars is the thinner strap that connects to the main shoulder strap by means of a small plastic clip. It's fine if you wear the back-pack on your back as the clip is on the front . However, if you wear the back-pack on your front, you will find the clip is in between your shoulder blades and you cannot get your arms high enough up your back to secure it. You need someone to clip it for you! The clip really needs to be down near your waist to stand any chance of you being able reach it on your own. Having said that, I can change that round with a needle and good tough black nylon thread. UPDATE: I've now changed the clip on the thinner strap so that you can reach around your waste it when putting it on, rather than trying to reach it between your shoulder blades. A lot easier to secure it now. Aother niggle I've got is that that the side pocket where you can put a tripod in will only take a table-top sized tripod. I used it to put my monopod in and it stuck out of the pocket too far and got in the way. (It's ideal for a drinks bottle though). It could do with a way to strap a monopod/tripod to the outside. Perhaps a needle and strong thread with nylon webbing in needed again.

Very sturdy but adaptable generic camera bag for an amazing price
I paid £33 for this. Wasn’t expecting much, but it is such a clever and secure design. When you load it up with your lenses, camera, flash, etc, it’s zips and has clasp catches to stop any light fingers opening it whilst it’s on your back. However, it’s also designed for ease of access for your camera where you just have to unzip a flap to quickly get at your camera for that urgent shot! It’s got multiple extra pockets, including a toughened hardened zip case at the top for your phone/pocket camera. I’m using it for my Nikon Z FC and two lenses and it fits perfectly.

Good for short walks
I love the sling side access and the fact you can undo the main strap buckle, instead of the 'support strap' one to swing the pack in the reverse direction for easy access to a water bottle. Loads of little pockets are great. The top will take a DJI Mini 2 drone and controller (the sort that uses your phone) and a medium sized sandwich. Filters, spare battery etc. in the reinforced top pocket. In the main area, I have a Nikon Z6 with the 70-700mm F4-6.3 zoom and lens hood. There would still be room for one or two relatively compact lenses but I don't own any others so just use for the lens hood when I don't need it and the supplied Tarion rain cover. It's easy to adjust so that your bum/waist takes some of the weight but 4+ hours with camera, drone and water make a one shoulder design uncomfortable and my shoulder had a slight ache for days. Not a problem as such as I patently should have used a rucksack for such a long walk but be aware this is most ideal for an hour or two round town. For what it is, the design, practicality and quality are epic for the price (I paid £38).

Tarion Camera Sling Bag - excellent workmanship
This is an excellent bag, even delivered in its own box. The workmanship is excellent throughout and I couldn't fault any part of the design. There was plenty of room inside for camera equipment and several ways to open the bag and access the camera. This is designed as a cross-body bag but to be mostly worn on the back and then swung around to the front to access the contents. Indeed, there is even a quick-access zip that will allow you to pull the camera out without needing to open the entire bag. If you are looking for a strong but lightweight bag and can wear the cross-body style, this certainly be top of your list to check out.

Very practical
Shockingly spacious. I fit a d7200, 70-300, 10-20, 35, 18-105, spare battery, cleaning equipment, ND filters, my lunch, water bottle and a momopod all in there. I've had this a while and its been excellent. Sturdy, comfortable and practical. This is only not a great purchase if you have even more kit to carry or the sling bag style is wrong for you.

High quality construction and a smart design - I can have this over my shoulder and very quickly open to access my camera. Versatile configuration with the velcro'd dividers, and sufficient compartments for memory cards and batteries, plus external strap for tripod.
