Perfect for post surgery recovery. The strap helps hold the ice pack in place. This is truly large enough to wrap around your knee or back. Stays cold for quite awhile. The only thing is it does get frosty on the vinyl side, but I just put a paper towel over it. Not a big enough issue to me. Velvet side is super soft. Strong, yet easy to wrap around area where needed.

Love how large this pad is. Very versatile in mold ability and has an added strap for holding in place. Just ha shoulder surgery and this was way better than the machine. Coldness lasts for 1-2 hours with no leakage. Quality is great and a good value for the money.

Item is sturdy, good quality, and the strap is convenient and strong. I dont worry about it snapping or anything. It's made so you can position the cold pack in a variety of ways and still secure it using the buckle and velcro strap. I like that it comes with a plastic bag to keep it clean and more ice free in the freezer.

I recently had a very complicated back surgery. And I purchased this ice pack because I figured it would help me recover. The ice pack has a cloth side and then a non-cloth side you can use either side and the cloth side is for people that have a little bit more sensitivity to ice or cold. I put it in my freezer and its bag that it comes with then I pull it out and I use it. I just wrap it around myself and it’s all sizes. It’s perfect and it gets the job done easily.
